Included in the projects of the year is a fundraiser to aid high school
students in a small town in Belize, Central America. In November, the
Key Club will sell Panther-colored poinsettia, blue with silver sprinkles,
to raise money for scholarships for high school. It costs students in
Belize $300-$500 per year to go to school and many students can't afford the
cost. Also a group of Key Club members plan to visit the village in
Belize early next year. The three Key Clubs in Rochester also plan to
take abus to the fall rally in Moorhead on the last weekend in October.
